Giving back to heroes is not something I chose to do. It is something I cannot imagine not doing.
I spent 25 years as an NYPD Detective. I know what it means to put on a uniform every single day and show up for people you have never met — people who will never know your name — because it is simply the right thing to do. I know the long shifts, the missed birthdays, the weight you carry home at the end of the day. I know what that life costs you, and I know how little most people understand that cost.
When I retired and made the decision to build a career in real estate, I knew immediately that the first responder and military community had to be at the center of what I do. Not as a marketing strategy. Not as a niche. But because these are my people. My brothers and sisters. The ones who showed up for me, and for all of us, every single day.
